Once we have been approved for the event venue, we will:
- Assign a manager to help coordinate your event.
- Identify the venue specifies and parameters and conduct a site visit.
- Work with local authorities to secure necessary permits.
- Locate and obtain permissions to park off-site if need be.
- Provide a contract and proof of insurance.
- Handle all traffic coordination.
